Hi Shaunta, thanks. This is great, especially considering how I just received some pretty negative feedback on a piece of writing this morning.

From someone who’s not really that good at ‘adding the stars’, partially because they don’t really believe in it. It’s someone whose feedback I always respect and appeciate – but always have to filter in order to get useful learnings from.

So this story of yours helps, and helps especially right now in the moment. It helps me process the feedback I received, and even to ask for what I need from that feedback. Of course, without arguing :-)
